Rules

 

• Parking or driving on grass is prohibited. Street parking only in front of the home.

• We ask that all guests go through the home and report any dissatisfaction immediatly upon arrival.

• House Parties are strictly forbidden and overcrowding is not permitted. We strongly advise that you not jeopardize your vacation by overcrowding or noise violations. 

• House must be left as clean as it was upon entry.

• No Smoking inside the house.

• Subletting, exceeding occupancy limit, bringing a pet without permission, destruction of property, or illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

• Heart of Ohiopyle Vacation House is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood where local children play. You and your guests must adhere to the 15 mph speed limit when driving to the House. 

• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. No paper towels, baby wipes, or feminine products. You could be charged damages if it is found that you have flushed anything else. 

 

Check out instructions

 

• Check out time is 11 am.

• Clean and put away all dishes.

• Remove all food items from refrigerator.

• Place all trash outdoors in the cans provided. 

• Turn off all lights.

• Turn off airconditiong.

• Return all furniture to its original location.

• Be sure you have not left any personal items.

• Lock doors and windows.

 

Dog Policy

 

• Non refundable pet fee per dog per night. This fee does not cover damage, breakage, or extra cleaning resulting from the dog(s).

• Be sure to dry off dog(s) if they are wet. If it is muddy out, be sure to wipe their feet so it is not tracked into the house.

• Any unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents, fees, and deposits.

• Dog(s) must be kept on a leash at all times.

• Clean up all pet 'poo' in the yard. Additional fee for waste removal if not satisfactory. 

• Dog(s) are not allowed on furniture or beds. Any evidence of this will result in extra cleaning costs. 

• Dog(s) may not be left in the home unattended without crate/cage. Dogs may not be tied outside unattended.

 

Fires

              Please be careful with fire. Fires must be attended at all times and extinguished before leaving the premises. Firewood is not        

              provided. Cutting live trees or standing trees and the operation of chainsaws are prohibited.
